no workie
rice.edu and associated networks went down this afternoon after a power blip. Two hours later they are still down. This is annoying because there's a lot of stuff I can't do, and additionally when things come back I need to go in and do a bunch of stuff to make the world right again.
I've written a script which hits the rice webserver once a minute. When it finally succeeds it will send a text to my mobile.
